Report a Concern / Inquiry
If you are reporting an emergency or a crime call 9-1-1.

We encourage you to report a concern for any issue that needs to be addressed or fixed by the City. (Not all concerns or issues can be addressed by the City such as; County, Port, Fire, State & Federal matters. We will let you know how to contact the correct party if needed.)
Typical areas of concerns or issues that can be addressed by the City:
- Low water pressure, leaking meter, water leak
- Potholes, street issues, dead animals in the right-of-way (ROW)
- Trees down, sewer back-ups, drainage problems
- Vegetation needs to be mowed or trimmed
- Water has a chlorine smell, taste, or discoloration
Issues that can not be addressed by the City or through the Report a Concern process:
- Reporting an emergency or a crime (this includes welfare checks) - Call 9-1-1
- Reporting noise, animal complaints - Call 9-1-1 or JeffCom non-emergency (360) 344-9779
- Air quality / smoke complaints – ORCAA, Olympic Regional Clean Air Agency

- This form is only monitored Monday - Friday during regular business hours.
- The City uses a third party vendor application to track Concern reports. You will be able to optionally choose to create an account and/or create a 6-digit PIN if you plan to check back on the progress of your concern.
