The City Clerk's office is responsible for codifying all Ordinances into the Municipal Code; publishing required legal notices and meeting notices in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act; and overseeing the City Council's agenda, and meeting minutes for all business meetings.

Public Comment

Public comment can be made virtually, written, or in person.

Written: Submit public comment to be included in the meeting record to.

Important Note: Effective December 1, 2023 the public comment email address will no longer be active. All public comment will need to be submitted using a new form linked above.

Virtual: Attend virtually via computer or tablet at JoinWebinar.com, enter the 9-digit Webinar ID listed on the corresponding agenda. When public comment is called you can click the “raise hand” function. You will be called by name and will be unmuted. You will also need to unmute from your end. You will have three minutes to make a comment.

In-Person: At the beginning of the meeting, you will sign in on the Public Comment sign-in sheet (Agenda Items and/or General Items). When your name is called you will approach the podium and state your name and where you are from. You will have a three-minute time limit for public comment.
