9th Street Sidewalk: Grant Street to Hancock Street

9th Street sidewalk completed project

This project consisted of building a new sidewalk on the north side of 9th Street between Hancock Street and Grant Street.  Nordland Construction Northwest was the contractor and started construction on September 3, 2019. This project was completed on October 11, 2019.

The City received $250,000 from the Transportation Improvement Board (TIB) for Complete Streets. This grant funds street retrofits that provide access to all users: bicyclists, pedestrians, motorists and public transportation riders.
