Planning and Community Development
The Planning and Community Development Department (PCD) consists of three divisions: Planning, Building, and Code Compliance. Working closely with our colleagues in the Public Works Department, the PCD team reviews permits for current projects and develops long-range plans to ensure that Port Townsend continues to be a great place to live, work, and visit.
